Not even a global pandemic could stop this year’s Lang Realty holiday celebration!

Lang Realty and Lang Management Collect More Than 7,400 Pounds of Food to Benefit Move for Hunger Lang Realty and Lang Management recently collected 7,413 pounds of food to benefit Move for Hunter, enough to provide 6,177 meals to those in need in this holiday season. Lang Realty collected nonperishable food items at each of its offices

Lang Realty recently donated $8,000 to the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, as part of their annual Open the Door for a Cure campaign. Throughout the month of October, Lang turned “pink” in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each home closed that month was dedicated to the charity.

“Many of our own agents and staff have personally battled this disease or have gone through this with loved ones,” said Scott Agran, president of Lang Realty. “Although the COVID pandemic hindered our usual participation in the walks, we still had considerable participation and donations from our agents and staff. Lang Realty’s Brian Battaglia, a native of the Lake Charles, Louisiana community that was recently devastated by Hurricane Laura, recently organized a relief effort this week to collect and deliver much needed supplies and goods to the area.

“Lang Realty is proud of its team of agents who rallied together to help one of their own bring relief to his hometown and many friends and relatives who have been heavily impacted by this storm,” said Scott Agran, President of Lang Realty.

Lang Realty, together with its agents, made a cash donation of $4,600, and collected supplies throughout the week. The Broken Sound community, where Battaglia is a resident realtor, collected more than $2,300 in food items.
