This was no ordinary transaction on a multitude of levels. After we decided to rent our property, she was able to provide very valuable research and input into our decisions around pricing, advertising, and how to reach our desired target market. In addition to her market expertise, Helena was also exceptionally responsive and highly organized! She responds quickly, clearly and makes sure that all parties involved in any transaction are also part of an efficient communication loop. Helena was able to work closely with other professionals (which in our case included attorneys, other agents, and country club management!) to effectively drive our transaction to closing in a timely fashion.
