New waterfront condominium buildings, some with their own marina, are also for sale. Those condos come with a boat slip if you’re bringing one with you or buying one here.
Builders are allowed to tear down older homes and replace them with new ones here and they do. So, you’ll find pockets of new homes in existing older communities that often go fast to buyers.
You’ll also have your choice of new single-family homes in regular neighborhoods. Many of their “backyards” are on deep-water canals that lead to the ocean for boaters.
