Several Lang Cares committee members, agents and staff
donated their time to deliver more than 13,000 diapers to
benefit several South Florida charities through The Diaper
Bank-Covering South Florida.
Lang Realty, through its community outreach arm Lang Cares, recently collected more than 13,000 diapers to benefit several South Florida charities through The Diaper
Bank-Covering South Florida. The diapers were collected throughout the month of April at Lang’s nine sales offices from Boca Raton to Port St. Lucie.
“There is a great need for diapers throughout South Florida,” said Pamela Agran and Amy Snook of Lang Realty. “Our agents, partners and communities rallied together to help
make this substantial donation and our first diaper drive such a success.”
Several Lang Cares committee members, agents and staff donated their time on a Saturday to help sort and count diaper packages that will be distributed throughout Palm
Beach and Broward Counties to underserved families.
“Diapers truly make a difference,” said Ashley Craig from The Diaper Bank-Covering South Florida. “One in three families are struggling to afford diapers, and a shortage of this supply
leads to physical and emotional distress for both children and their families. We are extremely grateful for Lang Realty’s generosity and dedication to this cause.”
Lang Cares is Lang Realty’s community outreach initiative, formed to support local nonprofits that are already working hard with limited funding to feed and secure families. The volunteer
committee seeks to work with local charitable organizations as well as members of the community who need assistance and encourages all of Lang Realty’s agents to make a
difference in someone’s life today through donations of money, goods, services or even a donation of time in volunteering.
