Over the past two years, Lang Realty’s Erica Lipman has found great success helping families relocate to South Florida from other states, as well as other parts of Florida.

Several clients new to the area chose to rent before making a purchase. Lipman found them rental homes while she educated them about different areas and communities to fit their unique lifestyles. One recently closed and another will close by the end of the year on the homes that Lipman was able to secure
for them.
Lipman has helped families buy homes in the Canyon Communities, The Bridges, Dakota and Palm Meadows. Some of these homes were listed on the MLS, however, with such a low inventory of available homes, she found off-market homes through her many community contacts and networking.
