Lang Realty’s recently welcomed Freddie Molson to its sales team.
Molson is a veteran of the real estate industry, having spent the past 30 years helping property owners buy, sell and rent homes in Southern Florida. His territory is wherever his clients take him, and he has participated in more than 1,000 transactions.
Molson has built a reputation for excellent service through his extensive knowledge of the marketplace, his expertise in negotiations, and his willingness to go above and beyond for his clients. When working with buyers and sellers, he prides himself on his ability to listen and respond to his client’s needs while guiding them through the process.
His favorite story is the fact that he has sold the same property five times, without representing the buyer. When it was time to sell, the homeowner called the agent that represented the previous seller. His philosophy is, “There is more than just a commission when selling real estate.”
When he is not helping people find their dream home, Molson enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and cheering on his favorite baseball team, the Toronto Blue Jays.
