Lang Realty’s Tripta Chawla was recently honored by the PAP Corps Chapter of the Polo Club at a gala luncheon at the Polo Club’s ballroom.
“It is with deep emotion and gratitude that I humbly accept this honor, and, most important for me, an opportunity to give back,” said Tripta. “Polo Club residents are well known for their generosity, and you have again raised the bar. Thank you for helping make a real difference in Cancer research.
The importance of a good Polo education in philanthropy cannot be overstated.”
The Pap Corps, Champions for Cancer Research, is South Florida’s largest grassroots fundraising organization, with 22,000 volunteer members strong, offering us a clear vision…a world without cancer.
All funds raised through the luncheon benefitted the Sylvester Cancer Center at the University of Miami, where physicians and scientists work on groundbreaking research programs to eradicate all
forms of cancer. Research today brings tomorrow’s cure! Said Tripta “In a world where we can be anything, be generous, be kind, -- and remember that life is a grand sum of the choices we make.”
To contribute or support this cause, called Step Forward for the Cure, donations can be made to The PAP Corps and sent to Mrs. Alyce Hartman, 17842 Deauville Lane, Boca Raton FL 33496.
