Lang Realty announces that Elaine Russell has for the third year renewed her membership to the Toronto Board of Trade, Canada’s largest local chamber of commerce.  This prestigious group connects 10,000 members and more than 200,000 business professionals and influencers throughout the Toronto region.  Fluent in French, Elaine is the only Florida based Realtor® on the Board.

A native of Canada, Elaine specializes in luxury properties and serves the needs of the international buyer.  A resident of Boca Raton, Elaine’s knowledge of the market coupled with her international expertise enable her to be one of the area’s successful agents.  In 2008, 40% of Elaine’s client base was international.

A not-for-profit association created by an Act of Parliament in 1845, the Board is committed to advancing the success of our members and the entire Toronto region by facilitating opportunities for knowledge sharing, networking, business development and city building.  The Board hosts more than 100 events a year, including networking, learning and development opportunities, business and political speakers and internationally renowned thought leaders.

Elaine recognizes the importance that the international buyers have on today’s real estate market.  “My travel abroad and work with the Board provides me with connections to international buyers who are looking for relocations or second homes in Florida.” remarks Elaine.
