Lang Realty Extends The Diaper Bank-Covering South Florida Diaper Drive To June 16

Lang Realty, through its community outreach arm Lang Cares, announced they will extend the company-wide diaper drive to benefit several South Florida charities
through The Diaper Bank-Covering South Florida through June 16.

“We have had such a tremendous response from gracious agents, partners and neighbors, that we decided to extend this effort,” said Amy Snook of Lang Realty. “We have currently collected 6,000 diapers with a goal of 13,000 by June 16th.

“The average monthly supply of diapers is $80 and is an expense many families cannot afford,” added Pam Agran. “The Diaper Bank-Covering South Florida provides diapers for more than 3,000 children a month, and we are proud to help them fulfill this growing need.”

Lang Realty, through its community outreach arm Lang Cares, will spearhead a diaper drive to benefit several South Florida charities through The Diaper Bank-Covering South Florida from May 17 - 31.

"There is a great need for diapers throughout South Florida," said Amy Snook of Lang Realty. 'The average monthly supply of diapers is $80 and is an expense many families cannot afford. In Florida alone, diaper banks distribute 6,989,096 diapers a year, helping 11,648 infants and toddlers each month."

"We invite our agents, neighbors and the community to join us in collecting as many packages of diapers as possible," said Pam Agran of Lang Realty.

Lang Realty’s Amy Snook Named Women’s Council of Realtors Florida’s Humanitarian of the Year

Lang Realty’s Amy Snook was recently named Humanitarian of the Year by the Women’s Council of Realtors Florida.

“I am humbled and honored to be named Humanitarian of the Year by this wonderful organization,” said Snook, who volunteers her time to many non-profit organizations and efforts.

Snook is a co-founder and co-chair of Lang Realty’s community outreach arm, Lang Cares, spearheading a number of initiatives including diaper drives, school supply drives, holiday angel tree programs and more. She is also very involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping peers build leadership skills. Snook was named President of the organization’s Florida chapter, with 1,700 members, in 2021.
