According to the Palm Beach County property appraiser, the city of Boca Raton has jumped to an estimated market value of $26 million for 2015, ranking first out of 38 municipalities countywide. The city is also home to the largest number of individually owned properties in the county. Values are expected to continue rising this year, increasing an estimated 6 to 8 percent.
