Lang Realty’s Bob Garfield, a real estate agent by day and half of the Invasion Duo by night, recently performed at Tim Finnegan’s in Delray Beach to benefit Lang Cares.

“It was wonderful to see so many of my clients, friends and colleagues come out to show their support for my music and Lang Cares,” said Garfield, who founded the Invasion Duo one year ago.

Attendees who donated $10 or more received a complimentary cocktail and assortment of appetizers. All proceeds benefitted Lang Cares, Lang Realty’s community outreach initiative, with an emphasis on helping families and neighbors in need throughout the holiday season.

Over the past two years, Lang Realty's Erica Lipman has found great success helping families relocate to South Florida from other states, as well as other parts of Florida.

"Many of my clients have come through referrals from past and current clients, as well as through friends and acquaintances," said Lipman. "There is a tremendous value in networking and staying connected with people you meet in every area and stage of your life."

Several clients new to the area chose to rent before making a purchase. Lipman found them rental homes while she educated them about different areas and communities to fit their unique lifestyles. One recently closed and another will close by the end of the year on the homes that Lipman was able to secure
