Lang Realty’s, longtime general manager and most recently, advisor, Kay Steer, has taken on a new role with the company as an agent.

“After more than 23 years with Lang Realty working in many capacities, I am looking forward to this new challenge and chapter,” said Steer, who retired from her full-time role last year.

Over the years, Kay has been a guiding force, performing virtually every position at Lang Realty. She has an inherent understanding of the back-end process, working with realtors and understanding the needs of buyers and sellers. She has seen the company grow from 35 agents and one office to nearly 400 in eleven offices.

Business Luncheon.

Lang Realty’s, Amy Snook was recently the featured speaker at the Boca Raton Chamber’s Successful Women in Business Luncheon, where she spoke about “Authentic Leadership.”

“I believe leadership is a skill whose cultivation is lifelong,” said Snook, who has honed her skills as an “authentic leader,” and now works to help others develop their authentic styles. “Whether you are leading paid employees, volunteers or managing your household, leadership skills are an invaluable asset.”

Lucie, and West Palm Beach.

Throughout the month of October, Lang will turn “pink” in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Lang’s branding, website, social media and advertising will be pink and all sales offices will turn pink with décor.

“We have supported this cause, one that hits close to home for so many of us, for more than a decade,” said Scott Agran, president of Lang Realty.

“Unfortunately, many of our own agents and staff have personally battled this disease or have gone through this with loved ones.”

As part of the month-long promotion, Lang is encouraging agents to donate a

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October), Lang Realty’s Property Siblings, Dawn Bennett-Forgione and Scott Bennett, will donate a portion of their commission on all sales through the end of the year to the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

“As a grateful breast cancer survivor, I am proud to rally behind this effort to help raise money and awareness of this disease,” said Dawn, who sits on the Making Strides committee. “I welcome all of my clients, friends and neighbors to join us on October 9th in Delray Beach for this annual walk.”
