Home prices for Palm Beach County Real Estate reached bottom in April 2012, allowing a recovery to begin and soon after foreclosure activity became only secondary subjects. The Palm Beach Post enthusiastically reported that median sales prices of Palm Beach homes had reached the second highest level in the nation by December 2012, meaning home prices had climbed a remarkable 35 percent.
