Licensed in 1977 in the state of Maryland, the Rosens bought, renovated and sold properties in the Washington, DC area. After buying a vacation home in Boca Raton in 1989, the Rosens fell in love with the area and relocated permanently with their two daughters in 1992. Robin received an MBA in marketing from the University of Maryland, is a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS) designation. Steve is a trained negotiator. Robin and Steve have been coached by master trainer Floyd Wickman where Steve received the highly coveted Shining Star award. He has been a featured speaker at Floyd Wickman seminars. Steve has honed his selling, negotiating and intuitive skills by training with sales and marketing gurus Tom Hopkins, Gerald Ballinger, Rick DeLuca, Terry Hunefeld, and Joe Stumpf. The Rosen Team specializes in luxury single family communities, premier 55+ active adult communities and country club communities in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and the surrounding areas.
