Other industry/professional experience: Former SRA with the Appraisal Institute. Currently licensed as a State Certified Residential Appraiser. In 1983 I expanded my scope of work and incorporated appraising as well. Since then, I have sold and valued primarily residential properties from Boca Raton to Orlando. In 1986 I obtained my SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute and in 1990 became a State Certified Residential Appraiser. I continue to hold this license. In 1990 I started an appraisal and brokerage firm supervising 10 employees and working with many of the nation's largest lenders. I also provided expert testimony in court on valuation issues. In 2009 I pursued an outside interest and purchased on outdoor power equipment business which I built-up and recently sold. Area of real estate expertise: Residential Qualities that make me a real estate professional: Knowledge- of the local market. Integrity- doing what is right by the client.
