Additional Info: I have been a licensed realtor in the State of Florida since 2000. In June 1986 I created the Village of Chestnut Ridge, Chestnut Ridge, in Rockland County, New York ,which encompasses 5 sq. miles, 11,000 residents and 3000 parcels of property. I served as the first Village Clerk-Treasurer, Receiver of Taxes, Supervisor of Elections, Registrar of Vital Statistics, Records Management Officer and created, structured, interviewed and assisted in the selection of the Planning, Zoning, Architectural Review Boards, Building Department and Justice Court. I was the sole employee for the fist two years of incorporation. I later worked my real estate magic with the purchase of the first Village Hall, moving from a closet sized room that was opened for the Village Board in a senior center to a renovated structure with 3 buildings, more than 15 rooms for offices and meeting rooms. Being married to a Real Estate attorney licensed in Florida and New York is a plus!
