A 20 year veteran in prime, waterfront real estate, H. Bradley Ress has a keen understanding of excellent client services which stems from his extensive design and sales background. After graduating from C.W. Post College in New York City, Ress worked for United Merchants where he honed his skills in sales and marketing. He later transferred to Los Angeles where he launched a new furniture business and pioneered the entry of futon furniture from Western Civilization to the United States.
His vast knowledge and experience in the furniture industry was recognized by Jean and Casey Kasem (disk jockey, “Top 40”) who recruited him to manage one of their exclusive lines of children’s furniture. Over the next few years, Ress expanded his experience to include licensing and public relations, taking his career to an international level.
His ideas for cutting edge marketing led him to develop “On the Waterfront,” a real estate venture, building and developing prime waterfront property and commercial shopping centers in South Florida. Understanding the unique demands of Florida real estate, Ress created BabyBoomerFloridaRealEstate.com, a website directed toward the Baby Boomer market retiring to the Sunshine state. His innovative email campaigns, being mindful of having a social media presence, and strategic planning initiatives contributes to his very profitable approach in the current real estate market. As a resident of the Boca Raton area and an active member of the community, Ress knows what’s going on beyond the typical aspects of the industry so he can provide more value to his clients.
“I’m not afraid to experiment and adjust my strategy to provide the ultimate buying experience. I know that buying a home can be stressful, so my goal is to put clients at ease, assist them with making the best decision with their investment, exceed their expectations and, make their dreams a reality.”
