Lang Office: Port Saint Lucie # of Years in Real Estate: Acquired my Real Estate License in 2002 in Miami where I specialized in custom homes in the Coral Gables and Pinecrest communities. Other Industry or Professional Experience: I was in cost accounting for a manufacturing subsidiary of Burger King Corp. In Miami, FL for five years, calculating shear sheets and preparing monthly cost reports and auditing job costs. This was followed by twenty eight years as owner, along with my husband, of a well respected and profitable roofing company in Miami, Florida, in the position of office and field manager, treasurer, and any other hat that needed to be filled! I was a Director of the South Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association for several years. Invested in several pieces of Real Estate over the years that served us well. We built our "dream home" and sold it to the CEO of Kraft Foods International at which time we moved to Port Saint Lucie in 2004. Area of Real Estate Expertise: Custom Homes/Gated communities. Qualities That Make Me a Real Estate Professional: I enjoy people! Having built our "dream home" in Miami, I know a lot about quality and construction. Owners appreciate knowing their realtor recognizes and can express the value of their homes to others. As a buyers realtor, it is easy for me to point out attributes of a home. I Joined Lang Because: Lang Realty has an excellent reputation in South Florida. Currently Live In: I live in the PGA Village and actually purchased property here 3 years prior to actually moving! We fell in love with the friendly atmosphere the community had to offer. We relocated in February, 2004 when we sold our home in Miami.
