After three years, she worked her way up to become Director of Commercial Leasing and Sales. This position led her to join The Florida Business Brokers Association where she became successful in selling an array of small businesses, from gas stations to restaurants. After 7 years in commercial real estate, AnneMarie decided to combine her experience in sales with her passion for design and decorating. For that reason, she made the move to residential real estate. AnneMarie’s vast experience in design and remodeling has proven invaluable in real estate, as she often utilizes her skills to put special touches on her client’s homes to get them sold. She loves assisting buyers in envisioning different design possibilities, and helping sellers to properly stage their homes for a swift and successful sale. She’s always willing to share her knowledge in design in order to make home buyers more comfortable in their new residence.
