There is nothing better than spending your Saturday morning, at the Ft. Pierce Farmers’ Market. Open year round from 8 AM to noon, rain or shine, The Farmers’ Market is now in its 15th year in beautiful historic downtown Ft. Pierce. Parking is conveniently located in the Avenue A parking garage or take a ride on the free Ft. Pierce Trolley. Fresh produce, homemade baked goods, tasty jams, jellies and sauces along with handcrafted soaps and lotions are available. And of course, the seafood is always fresh and local! Need a new green plant or maybe a beautiful orchid? Plant vendors are on hand to help you choose just the right one. On the first and third Saturday of each month, the Master Gardeners will be available for all your gardening questions while the second and fourth Saturdays have volunteers from Heathcote Botanical Gardens on site. Drop in the St. Lucie County Library and check out a good book, take a relaxing stroll around the Ft. Pierce City Marina and don’t forget to check out the Ft. Pierce Jazz Society Arts & Crafts Market right next to the Farmer’s Market. Is the Ft. Pierce Farmers’ Market part of your Saturday routine?
