Arnold Jacobs

Arnold Jacobs has been a Florida Realtor since relocating here from New York in 1998. He practiced law in New York for 30 years where he specialized primarily in representing clients purchasing and selling residential and commercial real estate as well as representing clients in numerous business transactions. This afforded him the opportunity to develop and continuously hone his skills as an exceptional negotiator. He received his J.D. degree in law from St. Johns University and a Masters of law degree from New York University. He was often consulted by other attorneys in particular types of business transactions in which he had become expert for the purpose of assisting them in getting a deal closed. His expertise in getting both sides of a transaction to understand each other’s point of view and recognize the importance of a “give and take” attitude has resulted in the closing of many deals thought by clients to otherwise be impossible. 

In Florida, his strong negotiating skills has been of great value in the representation of his clients, both buyers and sellers, in achieving their goal on either the purchasing or selling side. Residential real estate in country club, gated estate, waterfront, and active adult communities from Miami to Wellington have become the focus of his area of expertise. His is a multi-million dollar award winning producer. In addition to regular transactions, his certified in short sales and foreclosures through the National Association of Realtors.

Arnold helps his clients to understand the current market conditions and set realistic goals to obtain their best purchase or sale price. His advice, always in the best interest of his clients, has helped them to move forward to their new living experience. He always points out that: from the selling side, pricing a house properly is most important to result in a sale; from the buying side, making a realistic offer generally results in a solid negotiated purchase price.

Through his real estate career, he consistently shows his listings rather than use of a lockbox so that he can highlight a house’s features and answer any questions that a buyer may have as it arises.
